REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Each product is crafted uniquely for you upon placing an order, requiring a slightly extended delivery time, and, regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds. Our commitment to on-demand production over bulk manufacturing is a conscious effort to mitigate overproduction. We appreciate your discerning purchasing choices. However, we accept returns if a mistake is made by our end i.e. - the wrong product delivered, or a defective piece delivered.
